- As Director Executive Search, Philip who is based in Melbourne, is responsible for undertaking national and international executive searches across the resources, mining, metals and manufacturing sectors. Philip has a demonstrated track record in executive search following a career at BHPBilliton and Bluescope Steel which spanned more than 20 years in a number of Senior General Management and Business Unit Management positions, both locally and overseas.
- Philip has successfully established and managed small / medium / large sized public and private owned companies, particularly throughout the Asia / Middle East regions. He has led strategic and organizational reviews for local and overseas manufacturing and mining businesses, engineering, supply, export and trading activities, involving developing new organization structures, position descriptions and job evaluations.
- Philip’s credentials include a BSc(Hons), PhD Chemistry from La Trobe University, and membership of a number of industry associations. He has also held a number of Directorships for businesses in businesses in Australia, the Asia Pacific and Europe.
