Background
  • Richard is a Degree qualified Chemical Engineer with Honours from The University of New South Wales.
  • He has over 20 years experience in the manufacturing industry, having worked for Union Carbide at Rhodes in their Chemical and Plastics operations during this time.
  • His experience has covered plant design, production management, project management and research & development and he was instrumental in developing many new grades of low, medium and high density polyethylene resins for use in film and moulding applications.
  • He has since had 20 years experience working in the recruitment industry at technical and executive levels. He started with Drake Executive and was promoted through to being the Manager of their Parramatta Office before leaving to join forces with Gordon Hayes in establishing The AAAI Group in 1993.
  • He has now gained over 20 years experience in recruiting hundreds of engineers at all levels and all disciplines, senior managers and senior company staff through both advertised search and selection processes and direct search.
Specialisation
  • Richard now shares the duties of being a senior consultant in the AAAI Group as well as sharing the management of the company on a national basis.
  • His experience covers all aspects of recruitment and his speciality is within the manufacturing and engineering based industries.
