The AAAI Contracting mobilisation team works with our contractors to prepare the smooth transition to your workplace be it in a capital city, CBD, a remote site in the heart of Australia or overseas. This includes: transportation, accommodation, payroll, insurances, work safety, permits and ongoing administration. Our mobilisation team ensures that our contractors arrive prepared and ready to focus on what they are hired to do: Delivering optimal results to your business.

Managed Delivery

Managed delivery services are unique to AAAI Contracting. Each client account and each contractor is assigned a delivery manager. The delivery manager will work with you to establish initial and ongoing deliverables (KPIs) and deadlines for the contractor to meet. This unique approach ensures client and contractor expectations are clearly defined and accepted by all parties. The delivery manager visits your work site whenever practicable and ensures through regular contact and communications that KPIs are achieved. Managed delivery has proven to reduce contractor risks and deliver improved results for our account clients.

Ongoing support

A history of projects executed through our unique managed delivery process to the satisfaction of our account clients has resulted in >70% repeat business. Moreover, we are prepared to back this up by offering a replacement guarantee. If the AAAI Contractor does not meet agreed deliverables (KPIs) then we will replace the contractor at our cost.
