Senior Leadership Role - Site Based

Large Multiple Surface Mining Operations

An industry leader in mining is looking to employ the services of a suitably qualified and experienced Senior Manager for one of their regional mine site operations in WA.

In this role, you will be responsible for the effective management and leadership of the site operations including mining, processing, maintenance, projects, safety, environmental and site services. Reporting to the corporate head office and part of the Leadership Team, your role will focus on ensuring support for the operation, creating a culture of on-going process improvement, increasing plant throughput whilst managing the on-going relationship integration of client and contractor management.

To be considered for this role you must hold tertiary qualifications in Mining Engineering, with a proven history of managing open cut mining operations. You will have a record of achieving outstanding safety performance, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
