National Estimating Manager

One of Australia's largest and leading Engineering and Construction organisation's that provide design, project management and construction services across many market sectors is continuing its expansion into new and existing markets. The group currently integrates project management and design and construction for mine and resource development, petrochem infrastructure, plant engineering, materials handling, and facilities management with well known, national projects. Required for either their Perth Head Office is a TOP level Senior Estimator to manage the estimating team .

As the National Estimating Manager, you will be the backbone of current and future project work by estimating and evaluating project opportunities, and leading and managing your well-established national estimating team. Reporting directly to the Western Region Executive and working closely with the Project Delivery Group and nationally based estimating team.

To succeed in this role you will have an senior level managerial career history within an engineering and/or construction group, ideally from a 'hard dollar' contracting environment. You will need to be conversant with first principles estimating and have substantial experience in the mining resources sector with a strong reputation within the industry as someone who delivers on their project objectives. It is also paramount that you are a strong leader in your field and can guide and manage an impressive group of national estimators.
