Supplier to the Power/Oil & Gas Industries

Sydney based

This leading international supplier of plant optimisation and control equipment, as well as reliability and conditioning monitoring solutions, is seeking a Service Manager to manage their national team of service engineers and technicians who are servicing their equipment in the Power and Oil & Gas industries around Australia and New Zealand.

Reporting to the Country Manager, you will demonstrate leadership in supervising clients' installations, repairs and planned maintenance, controlling labour and costs, co-ordinating with clients' project and maintenance staff, communicating business goals to your team, solving problems, contributing to service business growth strategies, and ensuring all EHS standards are maintained.

Ideally you will have a relevant degree or diploma, several years experience in a Field Service or Service Manager role, strong interpersonal and leadership skills, and demonstrated strong business acumen / customer service mindset. Additionally, knowledge of control systems and conditioning monitoring equipment in the Power and/or Oil & Gas Industries would be highly regarded.
