Merry Christmas and Happy New Year
Welcome to the 8th AAAI Report.
As usual the pressure mounts in the lead up to Christmas, a strong labour market in Australia is pushing AAAI to complete work and finalise major tenders for early 2006. I am pleased to report that 2005 has been the best year ever for the AAAI Group since our operations began 14 years ago. The NSW and Queensland offices have experienced the highest growth and our Perth office is steadily gaining momentum. Our growth has been predominately in the Engineering, Construction and Oil & Gas industry sectors with a strong focus on Executive Search, Advertised Search and Selection assignments.
I would like to personally thank all of the team at AAAI for their tremendous efforts throughout 2005. A big thank you also to our administration and IT staff who have worked incredibly hard over the year to get us to where we are today. It has not gone unnoticed and we all thank you for the huge effort.
A big thank you to all our candidates and clients!
I would also like to personally thank all the clients and candidates that have been involved with AAAI over the past year. Your support has been invaluable to our company and without it we would not be in the thriving position we are in today. I would especially like to thank all the people who have recommended our services to others and we continue to welcome all potential candidates looking for new work opportunities.
